Judge for The Lloyds Bank Exporter of the Year Award

David is the Head of SME and Mid Corporate Trade Sales for Lloyds Banking Group having joined them in 2012. His teams’ responsibilities include supporting the banks relationship teams assisting customers with trade solutions allowing improved working capital whilst mitigating their risk. He also works with his team seeking new opportunities with non-Lloyds banked customers for their International and Domestic needs.

David joined Lloyds having spent 25 years at Natwest/RBS. He spent the majority of this time in International Trade and covered multiple market segments from SME's through to Large Corporate clients both in the UK and overseas.

David regularly speaks at events and his topics of expertise include Security & Defence, the Retail/wholesale sectors, the benefits of working capital through the supply chain and how to get paid when exporting.

David also works closely with the London Metropolitan University on their degree courses. He sits on the International and Security & Defence committees at the London Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the London board of Crimestoppers
