David Hall - Senior Manager, Sustainability & Responsible Business, Commercial Banking, Lloyds Banking Group

Judge for The Lloyds Bank Exporter of the Year Award

David is responsible for developing Lloyds Banking Group’s Commercial Banking Environmental, Social & Governance approach as well as being a member of the Group's London Ambassador Executive Committee.  In the public sector, he is a lead governor at a large East London primary school and chair of a strategic partnership of seven primary schools in Newham.  His interest for tackling key societal issues also extends to his fellowship at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. 

David is a qualified organisational development professional with extensive experience delivering organisational change that combines commerciality and ethics in both the private and public sector. He spent his early career first at Deloitte LLP and then Lloyds Banking Group working on and leading a variety of front and back office projects and teams. More recently he has shaped and driven major culture, engagement, inclusion and responsible business strategies and change programmes across LBG’s retail and commercial banking divisions. 

David is married with a young daughter and, in what spare time he has, enjoys playing and watching most sports – particularly football, tennis and snooker!
