Jonathan is responsible for identifying management teams across the
South that would benefit from the support of a private equity partner in
realising their business’ growth ambitions.

Since joining LDC in 2001, Jonathan has originated more than 20 investment partnerships across the Thames Valley and the South. This has included a number of well-known businesses such as Comdirect, Airclaims, Motorclean, United Legal Services, Iris, Equiom, Property Software Group and Clifford Thames.

Most recently, he originated LDC’s investments in Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services, Lucid Group, Paladone and British Waterways Marinas – all of which continue to benefit from the strategic and financial support of LDC.

Prior to joining LDC, Jonathan spent five years in corporate banking and business development at Lloyds Banking Group after graduating from Nottingham University.
