Yapıncak runs her own business, Yasha Consultancy and Training, working at the crossroads of strategy, marketing and leadership since 2013. She has extensive experience in both b2c and b2b sectors in leading marketing roles between 1993-2012, in multinationals such as Unilever, Nestle, Colgate Palmolive, Mey-Diageo and as country lead in European Marketing Leadership Teams in BP and HSBC.

She works with a wide range of clients ranging from start-ups, SME’s to multinationals on an international scale, having delivered projects in more than 20 countries. She also works in executive leadership area, as a trained mentor, an accredited team coach and an ICF Certified Coach.  She is a Business Leader with The Marketing Society, Fellow Member with IDM, a Mentor at Chartered Institute of Marketing and London Mayor’s International Business Program.

She has served as a Governor at Harris Academy Battersea, is a Trustee in a UK healthcare charity and a Board Apprentice on a FTSE 250 listed financial services company.

She has a BA in Business Administration from Bosphorus University, completed a Sales and Marketing Leadership Course at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business and has completed Diploma in Company Direction at Institute of Directors in London.
