This Award recognises the company that successfully applies any form of innovation, celebrating the ideas that have had the greatest impact on an organisation, company or industry. Whether the innovation is a new product, a service or a culture of improvement, the judges will look for evidence of how the innovation has been developed and applied to deliver growth through improved commercial performance, operational effectiveness or customer engagement.
Open to any UK-headquartered organisation that can demonstrate year-on-year growth and a profit of £1million or more, this Award will go to the company that can best showcase an innovation or innovative approach that has:

- Created competitive advantage
- Transformed the organisation or wider industry Improved overall financial performance
- Achieved operational excellence
- Embedded ethical or sustainable practices
