Tech and talent with MVF's Titus Sharpe

MVF is one of the UK's fastest growth tech companies and is an international leader in customer acquisition and lead generation. The company was set up in 2009 and has transitioned from dynamic start-up to established international business, working across 112 countries and servicing some of the world's leading corporations.

 

CEO of MVF, Titus Sharpe, has focused his efforts in creating a company that not only competes at the very top of its industry, but one that also pays particular attention to nurturing young talent and creating an inspiring place to work.

His efforts have been rewarded with 2014 being a huge year for the company. Revenue has grown substantially, securing investment from leading private equity firm Bridgepoint. 

 

Titus Sharpe said, "I am delighted to be shortlisted for the Smith and Williamson Entrepreneur of the Year Award. This year has been a real turning point for MVF; in the last few months we have gained major investment and expanded our flagship brand Expert Market to the USA. It is great to be part of these awards celebrating UK business and to be shortlisted with such notable entrepreneurs."

 

Sharpe is aware of his young workforce and makes sure his company is a fun place to be 

 

Customer relations has been paramount to the company's rapid growth and is therefore an area that Sharpe attends to personally, as is making the aims and goals of his company completely transparent to all his employees; done by Sharpe chairing monthly meetings with each sector of the company can present their achievements and outline their aims for the month that follows. 

 

Sharpe is aware of his young workforce and makes sure his company is a fun place to be by organising incentives such as trips to Ibiza as a reward for meeting targets. He also plays in the company football team to try and ensure he is an approachable member of the company as well as the leader of it. 

 

Sharpe has guided MVF through a highly successful year and has been rewarded with a top ten finish in the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for 2015 list.
